Paste a batch prepared from flyers, invitations, links, or messages—or choose the downloaded .json file directly. MV26 automatically validates a selected file or a complete pasted JSON batch; nothing is written until you review the result and deliberately confirm the import.
Each record needs a stable externalKey. Reusing that key updates the existing event instead of creating a duplicate. Incomplete valid events are held unpublished, and blocked records prevent the entire batch from being committed.

For bulk edits, begin with Download Current Events CSV and do not change the id column. MV26 accepts ISO dates such as 2026-07-26 and common Excel dates such as 7/26/2026. Times may use 08:30, 8:30, or 8:30 AM.
Set allDay to true for an all-day listing. Leave endTime blank when an event simply has no published ending time.
Exhibitions, festivals, and recurring activities belong in Manage Ongoing Programs, where one record can span multiple days or weeks.

Apply CSV
Rows with existing IDs are updated. Rows without IDs are treated as new events. Unchanged rows are ignored, and events omitted from the file remain untouched.
