Private Operations
Capture quickly, review carefully, and publish only within your server-confirmed role.
At a Glance
About Fifteen Seconds
Use this as an intake tray when you have a flyer, link, message, photo, or incomplete lead. It does not read the flyer or scrape the link automatically.
Your available actions are determined by the protected editor session.
Synced Source Material
The Capture Inbox contains flyers, links, pasted messages, and partial leads that reached the server but have not necessarily become published events.
Stored Only on This Device
These are unfinished Quick Add items that have not successfully reached the server. They are not published and may exist only in this browser.
Canonical Schedule
Events are the final website records. Use the editor for one event; use Upload Event CSV for a reviewed batch.
Select hypothetical Access Groups. This simulation does not create or bypass a visitor session.
Reusable Publishing Rules
A Publishing Preset is a saved combination of visibility, location privacy, offline behavior, and Access Groups. It keeps repeated event settings consistent.
Second Authorization Boundary
MV26 then applies the Owner, Editor, or Contributor role on every server route. A hidden button is never the security boundary.

Year-Round Relationships
Phrases Visitors Enter
An Access Code is the phrase a visitor enters. It issues one or more Access Groups. “Change Code” immediately revokes the old phrase and generates a new one.
Permissions Behind Codes and Events
An Access Group is a permission such as The Vineyard List, Wall Street Friends, or Limited Access. Codes give groups to visitors; events use groups to decide who can see them.
Accountability
Weak-Signal Readiness
The guide only reports installation after the browser confirms standalone mode.
Unsynchronized drafts may contain local text and image blobs. Highly sensitive captures require explicit confirmation. Synchronized blobs are purged after confirmed upload.
Production attachments remain private in R2 and are retrieved through authorized routes. HEIC may be retained as source material even when the browser cannot preview it. Malware scanning is not currently included.
